Delivery

We aim to make delivery clear and reliable for Preloved.Kiwi customers. Orders are packed with care from Auckland's North Shore and sent using suitable New Zealand delivery services.

Delivery options

• New Zealand delivery: Available for most items at checkout, with the final delivery cost shown before payment.
• Auckland delivery: Local delivery options may be available depending on the item, address and courier coverage.
• Pickup by arrangement: Where offered, pickup details will be confirmed after the order is placed. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, public holidays or when an item requires extra packing, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery timeframes

Courier delivery times vary by destination and service. Urban addresses are usually faster than rural or remote addresses. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Preloved item care

Because many items are one-of-one consignment pieces, we pack orders carefully to reduce the chance of damage in transit. Please check your delivery address before payment, as incorrect addresses can delay delivery.
